Registration forms will be sent to museums by mail, upon request they may be sent also by e-mail. The form is placed on the website of the Czech Association of Museum and Galleries http://www.cz-museums.cz.

Participation fee
CZK 720 for members, employees and students of organizers and members of the Union of Museums in Slovakia and the Slovak ICOM Committee
30% discount for the persons registered within the 1st circular, i.e. CZK 500, 20% discount for the persons registered within the 2nd circular, i.e. CZK 580
EUR 160 for other participants of the conference
30% discount for the persons registered within the 1st circular, i.e. EUR 110, 20% discount for the persons registered within the 2nd circular, i.e. EUR 130
The participation fees shall be sent on the account of the Czech Association of Museum of Galleries, GE Money Bank, account No. 2233905-504/0600, SWIFT code: AGBACZPP, IBAN account format: CZ6206000000002233905504 (please mention ID No. of the institution as the variable symbol) or they can be paid in cash at the attendance.
The participation fee includes conference organizational costs, conference materials, interpreting and refreshment during the meeting. Travel expenses and accommodation are settled by the conference participants.
