Way how to get:

From the Central Railway Station to the National Archives 1. by the underground (metro) route C (red) from the “Hlavní nádraží“ station to the “Háje“ station (terminus), change to No. 125 bus (direction of “Smíchovské nádraží”), seven stops to the “Chodovec” station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 32 (validity – 90 min.).; 2. by the underground (metro) route C (red) from the “Hlavní nádraží“ station (direction of “Háje”) to the “Opatov” station, change to bus – No. 136 (direction of “Sídliště Čakovice”) / No. 213 (direction of “Bělocerkevská”), three stops to the “Chodovec” station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 32 (validity – 90 min.); 3. by the underground (metro) route C (red) from the “Hlavní nádraží“ station to the “Roztyly” station (direction of “Háje”),change to bus – No. 203 (direction of “Poliklinika Budějovická”, it runs twice an hour), one stop to the “Chodovec” station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 24 (validity – 30 min.).

From the Florenc bus station to the National Archives1. by the underground (metro) route B (yellow) from the “Florenc” station (direction of „Zličín“) to the “Smíchovské nádraží” station, change to bus – No. 125 (direction of “Michelangelova”), two stops to the “Chodovec“ station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 24 (validity – 30 min.); 2. by the underground (metro) route C (red) from the “Florenc” station (direction of “Háje”) to the “Opatov” station, change to bus – No. 136 (direction of “Krystalova”) / No. 213 (direction of “Bělocerkevská”), three stops to the “Chodovec” station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 24 (validity - 30 min.).

From the Václav Havel (Ruzyně) Airport to the National Archives1. by bus No. 119 to the “Nádraží Veleslavín” station (terminus), change to metro – route A (green) from the “Nádraží Veleslavín” station (direction of “Depo Hostivař”) to the “Želivského” station, change to bus – No. 213 (direction of “Jižní Město”), ten stops to the “Chodovec” station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 32 (validity – 90 min.); 2. by bus No. 100 to the “Zličín” station (terminus), change to the underground (metro) route B (yellow) from the “Zličín” station to the “Smíchovské nádraží” station, change to bus – No. 125 (direction of “Skalka”), two stops to the “Chodovec” station, you will need the ticket in value of CZK 32 (validity – 90 min.).

From the National Archives to the National Technical Museum1. by bus No.  136 (direction of “Sídliště Čakovice”), from the “Chodovec” station to the “Olšanské náměstí” station, change to tram – No. 26, nine stops to the “Letenské náměstí” station (direction of “Divoká Šárka”); 2. by bus No. 125 (direction of “Smíchovské nádraží”) from the “Chodovec” station, one stop to the “Lihovar” station, change to tram – No. 12, fourteen stops to the “Letenské náměstí” station (direction of “Výstaviště Holešovice”).

The registration fees shall be sent to the account of the Czech Association of Museums of Galleries, GE Money Bank, account No. 2233905504/0600, SWIFT code: AGBACZPP, IBAN account format: CZ6206000000002233905504 (please mention ID No. of the institution as the variable symbol) or they can be paid in cash at the attendance.
The registration fee includes registration of one participant in the conference, conference organizational costs, conference materials, interpreting and refreshment during the meeting. Travel expenses and accommodation are settled by the conference participants.


Conference interpreting:

The conference official languages are Czech and Slovak/English, simultaneously interpreting will be provided.
The conference participants will be given the interpretation receivers with earphones against their signatures, and the receivers must be handed over back to the authorized organizers every time when leaving the hall.


Formal meeting of conference participants:

The formal meeting for the conference participants will be held in the National Technical Museum (Kostelní 42, Praha 7) on 23th November 2016 from 20.00 p.m.

Free admission will be provided for the conference participants by the following institutions:

Prague City Gallery, Museum Kampa – The Jan and Meda  Mládek Foundation, Museum Montanelli, The City of Prague Museum (ATTENTION – Villa Müller and Villa Rothmayer will not be open), Czech Police Museum, Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument (token admission fee of CZK 5), National Memorial to the Heroes of the Heydrich Terror (entry to the museum has been free since 1/7/2016), J. A. Comenius National Pedagogical Museum and Library , National Technical Museum, National Museum of Agriculture, Municipal House (exhibition “Cabinet of Curiosities - Jiří Anderle”), Postal Museum, Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague (House of the Black Madonna, Josef Sudek Gallery; ATTENTION – main building of the museum is closed because of the reconstruction), Military History Institute Prague (admission to the museum is always free).

Instructions for authors of contributions:

Interested persons may register for having presentation with the contribution to the extent maximally of 15 min. We would hereby like to ask the speakers to deliver the title of their papers, abstract of the contribution (15 lines) and curriculum vitae within the 1st circular. We would like to notify that it is necessary to present the printed text of the contribution for the needs of the translators at the latest one week before the conference opening, i.e. until 14th November 2016. The organizers reserve the right to refuse the contributions or to shorten the time period for the contribution presenting (contributions are considered and chosen by the preparatory committee of the conference, which will subsequently set up the final program). Presented papers will be published in the conference specialized publication in 2017 (contributions will go through review proceedings, text shall have 15 pages maximally and illustrations).
